Nicely decorated hotel located near to Biarritz and surrounding area, the downtown area, and airport. Good food for breakfast. Brand-new classic king room with good bathroom.

The room was modern and stylish, with an excellent shower 🚿. the atmosphere here was contemporary. the location was convenient and fantastic - just a short walk to everywhere we needed to go.

Our stay was in a "deluxe double castle room" which was very spacious. The bathroom was modern with quality fittings. We particularly chose this hotel because we like "old" buildings and it did not disappoint. The property was a private house built in the early 1900's and remains in the same family line. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As we were doing some day trips in our car we decided to stay out of town and, for our purpose, found the location very suitable. It would be possible to have a holiday here and not go out except for meals! There is a gracious lounge opening onto a large patio which is surrounded by lawns and gardens. It is the type of living that one could get used to very easily! If we were ever to travel to Biarritz again we would want to revisit this relaxing place.

The only drawbacks for us were the lighting in our room (not bright enough) and lack of tea/coffee making facilities. You could enjoy a cup of coffee in the lounge but we thought 4 euros per cup was restrictive. If we could ever own a hotel of this nature (and we never could!) we would provide a self service tea/coffee facility in the lovely lounge. It would make the room a focal point of the hotel.

Beautifully decorated hotel with overall nice facilities in an amazing location just off the formal gardens, Very close to airport and the beach.

The rooms here are modern, with really nice bathrooms and comfy beds. You can park your car here without any issues. Plus, they don't charge you for wake-up calls or ironing – how cool is that? ⏰.

No facilities in the room for tea and coffee making. The bath in our room was very difficult to get into and out of. Toilet seat was broken. The tiles in the bath/shower needed regrouting, which for a relatively expensive overnight stop is not good. No heating, and a little chilly at night. However, we would not disuade anyone from staying there. The historical information about the place would have been nice in English as well.

The rooms are recently renovated and modern, equipped with a work desk, satellite television, and a dining area.

Poor buffet choice at breakfast. Fresh fruit available was mostly bruised and therefore not very appealing. No ham or continental meats usually available at buffets.

a picturesque and perfect hotel and the rooms are new-fashioned. units with good views. very welcoming and outstandingly accommodating staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. stunning marvellous location, near the airport. also - just off the amazing beaches of côtes des basques.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a downtown area, just next door to the town centre, and Biarritz and surrounding area. The room was airy and decent size, we had refrigerators and glassware.- The location was perfect and convenient - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed. Very nice pool and grounds, unfortunately the weather was poor during our stay but would love a return visit sometime.

Beautiful chateau in extensive grounds with pool. Stayed in Hunting Lodge with parking. Friendly staff, answered queries. Outside city, close to motorway, easy access to resorts and Spanish border. Hotel provides breakfast, poolside lunch, and terrace dinner. Restaurants nearby.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is simply stunning, with beautiful gardens that are well maintained and provide a peaceful and relaxing environment. The staff were extremely helpful and recommended some great places to eat. They were so friendly and helpful, and their excellent English made communication easy for those of us with little French. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for, including free Wi-Fi. The service was top-notch, with efficient room service and housekeeping. The hotel also had a lovely pool area where I could relax and enjoy the sun, and there were even massage services available for ultimate relaxation. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly memorable.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.
